Cyanoacrylate adhesive spray activator, also known as accelerator, is a specialist chemical that speeds up the setting process of cyanoacrylate adhesive. It is a very useful tool, especially in modelling, arts and crafts and other applications where setting speed is key.

How does an activator spray work? The activator spray is in an aerosol form, which makes it easy to apply precisely to the glued parts. After applying the cyanoacrylate adhesive to the surface, the activator is sprayed onto the same part or onto a second glued part before they are joined together. It works by accelerating the polymerisation of the adhesive, which causes the joint to cure immediately.

How to use:

• Apply the cyanoacrylate adhesive to the glued part.
• Spread the activator spray onto the glued part or onto the second glued part.
• Join the parts together and press them together for a few seconds to ensure that the adhesive is well attached.
